Experienced Service Advisor
Potential candidates for this position should be willing and able to sell and schedule service work for our guests while building loyalty, trust, and creating an overall positive experience.
Essential Duties:
• Schedule service appointments - obtain guest and vehicle data prior to arrival when possible;
• Greet guests in a timely and friendly manner;
• Refer to service history, inspect vehicles, and recommend additional service needs;
• Advise guests on the care of their cars and the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with manufacturers' specifications;
• Provide a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts;
• Check on progress of repair(s) throughout the day - contact guests regarding any changes in estimates or promised time, explain cost and time requirements in detail.
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of Service Advisor experience required;
• Excellent customer service skills;
• Ability to work with little supervision;
• The drive to succeed;
• Must have a valid and clear driving record;
• Must have a clean and clear criminal background.
