Step One – Select Vehicle

Visit www.JohnsonLexusDurham.com, and select “Schedule Service” underneath “Service” in the navigation bar.

Login with your Username and Password, or if you do not have a Username and Password, select the model and year of your Lexus from the drop down menus, enter the mileage on your Lexus, and click the appropriate blue button.

Step Two – Select Services

Select the services you would like from the menu of Lexus services. You may add as many Lexus maintenance services or Lexus repairs as you would like. (As you add services for your Lexus, the estimated total may or may not appear in red on your screen. Johnson Lexus of Durham recommends that you discuss the estimated total with your service consultant either over the phone or in person during your Lexus service appointment.)

Step Three – Select Time

Select your preferred transportation method (Drop Off & Return, Wait at Dealership, or Loaner [View our Loaner Vehicle Policy]).

Select your preferred Lexus Service Consultant from the drop down menu (if applicable). If you'd like our system to remember your preferred Lexus Service Consultant for next time, check the box next to his or her name and photo.

Click the blue “Search Availability” button to select a Lexus service appointment date and time that fits into your personal schedule.

Step Four – Book Appointment

If you are a new customer or are using our online appointment schedule system for the first time, you will need to create a user name and password. (We recommend that you make a note of your username and password so that you can easily access your account to make new service appointments or changes to existing ones.)

Finally, review your appointment details. If everything is correct, click “Book Appt” at the bottom right. You will receive an e-mail confirming your appointment, as well as a confirmation code.
